Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Fitness Depot, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all equipment and apparel are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the items in their original boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
